Our promise to every donor

Every donation to MKSF, however small, is a public trust. We commit to:

  1. Receipt issuance — a valid 80G receipt within 7 working days of every successful donation.
  2. Fund transparency — annual reports listing programme-wise utilisation, published on this site.
  3. Data protection — your data handled per our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act 2023.
  4. Respect — no unsolicited calls, no aggressive follow-ups, easy opt-out of any communication.
  5. Access — a real human responds to donor queries within 3 working days.
  6. Dignity in storytelling — beneficiary names, faces and stories used only with written consent.
  7. Independence — we accept no donation that compromises programme integrity.

Your rights

  • Ask where your money went.
  • Visit a programme site (subject to safety and privacy of beneficiaries).
  • Request removal of your data or communications at any time.
