Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment
Donations to MKSF are treated as a sacred trust. We refund only in narrow, verifiable cases.
Refund window
- Erroneous or duplicate transactions: refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation, via email to ngo.maakamakhya@gmail.com with the receipt number.
- Failed transactions: if your card is charged but no receipt is generated, we will auto-refund within 7 working days.
Non-refundable cases
- Change of mind after successful donation and receipt issuance.
- Donations older than 7 days, unless a technical error is proven.
Process
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
